Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a key labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
